For the athlete who wants to get serious about strength training so they can get stronger, perform better and prepare for the stress of their sport. Customized 1:1 sessions will support their athletic goals and include a mix of mobility work, strength training exercises, functional core moves and plyometric drills.
This training package includes:
• Two 60-minute total body sessions per week
• Email support for questions between sessions

STRONG FOR SPORT Beginner
For the athlete who wants to start building strength and agility with a customized, 1:1 training program and smaller time commitment. Sessions will support their athletic goals and include a mix of mobility work, strength training exercises, functional core moves and plyometric drills.
This training package includes:
• One 60-minute total body session per week
• Email support for questions between sessions
$240/month ($60/session)
Teammate Training
For athletes who want personalized support and the fun of working out with a peer or teammate. Our teammate workouts may include mobility work, strength training exercises, functional core moves and plyometric drills and are easily adapted to meet each individual’s specific goals and needs.
This training package includes:
• One or two 60-minute total body teammate sessions per week
• Email support for questions between sessions
Sessions run $40 per athlete

We also offer customized, 1:1 training program for adults who want to get back in shape, age well and build strength for the things they care most about — like keeping up with your kids or having the energy to return to a sport you love. We will personalize your program to support your goals and needs and get you a good mix of mobility work, strength training exercises, functional core moves and plyometric drills.
